Meet Our Leader

Robert C. Dicksen

Mr. Robert C. Dicksen founded Benguet Linemen Electrical Services Inc. together with other Engineers and Investors and gathered around 40 electrical engineers and Board certified electricians to provide electrical services to government agencies and utility companies back then. Today the company has more than 300 employees and regular contracts across government and non-government firms to ensure all electrical, phone and internet services are uninterupted for every homes
